Any legal action arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the state of New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Foodplatehub reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
